1. About Bujjly

Bujjly is a technology-enabled platform that may facilitate discovery, comparison, enquiry, booking and access to workspace, coworking, managed office, virtual office and commercial real estate opportunities. Depending on the service, Bujjly may act as a platform connecting users with third-party workspace operators, property owners, developers or other service providers.

While Bujjly seeks to maintain accurate information, availability, pricing, specifications and other property information may change without notice. Users should independently verify material information before entering into a transaction.

4. No Guarantee of Property Availability

A listing or enquiry on Bujjly does not necessarily constitute a confirmed booking, sale, lease or allotment. A transaction becomes binding only when the applicable parties have completed the required contractual, payment and documentation process.

5. Third-Party Properties and Services

Properties, coworking spaces, managed offices and related services may be owned or operated by independent third parties. Bujjly is not necessarily the owner, landlord, operator, developer or service provider for every listing. The relevant third party may impose additional terms, fees, eligibility requirements and documentation requirements.

6. Pricing

Prices displayed on the Platform may be:
  • Indicative;
  • Subject to availability;
  • Subject to taxes;
  • Subject to amenities or additional charges;
  • Subject to change.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed prices should not be treated as a final binding quotation.

7. Bookings and Payments

  • Reverse engineer the Platform;

  • Harass or abuse Bujjly employees, partners or other users.

10. Intellectual Property

The Bujjly name, logo, Execute Intelligence tagline, website design, software, content, graphics, trademarks and other intellectual property belong to Bujjly or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works from Bujjly intellectual property without prior written permission.

11. User-Submitted Content

If you submit reviews, comments, photographs, requirements or other content, you represent that:
  • You have the necessary rights to submit the content;
  • The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
  • The content does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.
You grant Bujjly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use such content for operating, improving and promoting the Platform, subject to applicable privacy laws.

12. Platform Availability

Bujjly aims to maintain reliable Platform availability but does not guarantee that the Platform will always be:
  • Available;
  • Error-free;
  • Uninterrupted;
  • Free from viruses or other harmful components.
Maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect availability.

14. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bujjly does not guarantee:

  • That a property will remain available;
  • That a particular investment will generate a particular return;
  • That property values will increase;
  • That a workspace will meet every requirement;
  • That third-party providers will fulfil their obligations.
Nothing on Bujjly should be interpreted as financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Users should conduct their own due diligence before entering into property or investment transactions.

15. Investment Disclaimer

Where Bujjly displays commercial property or investment opportunities, any statements regarding:
  • Returns;
  • Rental income;
  • Appreciation;
  • Yield;
  • Future value;
  • Occupancy;
  • Investment potential
are subject to the information and assumptions applicable to the relevant property and should not be treated as a guaranteed financial outcome unless expressly documented in a binding agreement.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bujjly shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from:
  • Use of the Platform;
  • Reliance on third-party listings;
  • Third-party transactions;
  • Loss of business;
  • Loss of profits;

  • Workspace-provider actions;
  • Platform interruptions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bujjly, its directors, employees, affiliates and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities and expenses arising from:
  • Your violation of these Terms;
  • Your unlawful use of the Platform;
  • Your infringement of third-party rights;
  • Information you submit;
  • Your transactions with third-party providers.

18. Suspension and Termination

Bujjly may suspend or terminate access where it reasonably believes that a user:

  • Engages in fraudulent activity;

  • Creates security risks;

Termination will not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts having jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms. Important: This jurisdiction clause should be aligned with Bujjly’s actual contracting entity and registered office before publication.

21. Changes to these Terms

Bujjly may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on the Platform. Your continued use of Bujjly after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
